Vehicle shipping,

Burrow Automotive Center puts your vehicle on a vetted hauler and keeps you in the loop from pickup to delivery. One clear quote, one written 7% dispatch fee, one team that answers — customer, carrier, and BAC operations in the same place.

The BAC standard

Old-fashioned accountability, applied to dispatch.

Burrow Automotive Center was built on a simple ethic: say what you'll do, do it, and make it easy to check. That standard applies to the customer waiting on a vehicle, the carrier hauling it, and us.

BAC dispatch desk — staffed by people you can reach

Terms in writing

Nothing about money is verbal. Rates, the dispatch fee, and payment dates live in the agreement you sign.

Insured before loaded

No carrier is dispatched until commercial driver and cargo insurance proof is on file and reviewed.

One fee, stated up front

7% of each dispatched unit funds the dispatch desk and the vetting behind it. Never a surprise line item.

A name, not a queue

Customers, carriers, and our operations team work the same record, so nobody is left repeating themselves.

Three access points

One shipment, seen from every side.

Separate entrances for the people shipping, the people hauling, and the desk coordinating it — all working from the same live record.

How it works

Four steps, and a person behind each one.

01

Tell us the vehicle and route

Year, make, model, condition, origin, destination, and the dates that work. Two minutes, no account gymnastics.

02

Receive your quote in writing

A BAC team member prices the move and puts the number in your portal — not a phone call you have to remember.

03

We assign a vetted carrier

Only carriers with reviewed commercial driver and cargo insurance get assigned. You see who is hauling and how to reach them.

04

Track it to delivery

Status updates from pickup through delivery, with the BAC desk available the whole way — and every carrier's dispatch fee on record.

Carrier agreement

7%per dispatched
unit

The terms are short, and they are the same for every carrier. Read them before you sign the onboarding agreement — and see them again, in full, inside your carrier portal.

Dispatch fee

Burrow Automotive Center receives 7% of all units dispatched through Burrow Automotive Center. The fee is calculated per unit and recorded against the carrier's profile.

Insurance proof

Carriers must provide proper proof of commercial driver and cargo insurance before vetting and onboarding is completed. No insurance on file, no assignment.

Unpaid balances

If the 7% dispatch fee is not paid to Burrow Automotive Center, the carrier profile is restricted until the balance due to BAC is paid — and non-payment could result in a permanent ban from the BAC app and web pages.

On-demand team

A question mid-route shouldn't wait until Monday.
